Camp host Justin was great, stopped by and talked a bit! The vault toilets were very clean, with no odors or messes. Beautiful campgrounds that were very clean and well maintained. Pretty lake, not much luck catching but did some fishing. Very little signal but still had a few bars. Firewood was available for purchase. The road was a bit bumpy but my '99 camry made it down just fine. I highly recommend this campsite and will definitely come back! - CarleeJo, Will, and Blue🐾

Trading Can Be Fun

Rude national park rangers. No trash service and dirty restrooms. The rangers seem to make up their rules on the fly. Be ready for bizarre regulations the pull out of their hats. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing there.

Geeeeeezooooos I’m so glad I took the “trek” in. I really loved this place, enough shade during the day and very close to the lake which is suuuuper refreshing. My pup loved it too. Met some great people and called it an early night. It was quiet at night being so far off the beaten path but views going in and back out were just yes.

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Sites are well separated by trees, but still open enough to see the clear Wyoming sky! Situated on a small lake, with a boat launch next to the campground, and less than an hour away from Grand Teton National Park! Much faster if you don't mind driving a very bumpy road to get here; I don't have a 4WD but got to the edge of the park in about 20 minutes. The only other thing that makes this less than perfect is that you can't see the range -but gorgeous views are only a five minute drive away. I'm here on a Friday at the end of August, and the 22 official sites plus a few overflow sites weren't full until evening. A very nice alternative to the very crowded campgrounds within the park!
