We went to McDonalds on our way home from Cody at 5:00. Wanted a couple coffees, so ordered them on the App along with 2 QP hamburgers and fries. When we got there the person brings out some of our drinks and says they don’t have any milk so they can’t make the Mochas and asked if we wanted Frappes (which the app says they are out of). We politely declined as we don’t like cold coffee. He then proceeded to say they can’t refund us the $9.00 on the coffee because we payed on the app…. Whatever…. So we leave and when we open our sandwiches the toppings are all over in the bo, so we scrape them off and take a bite, boy what a surprise, the absolute worst hamburger I have ever tasted. So it goes back in the box and I still have hope for the fry’s until I lift out the cool box of large fry’s that may have been hot at noon. The whole experience was terrible. Usually they are a pretty good place to eat for around here, but not today…..if I could give them a negative rating I would today…. I know they can do way better and should for the money they are paid…..

I was the first customer of the morning just trying to get a quick bite before heading to work in Cody. I ended up having to wait in the drive through for ten minutes because the sausage and eggs were not ready. Had I been told that I would have ordered something else. You would think if you say you open at six everything would be ready to go. Then the person who brought me my food was rude.

For some reason this McDonald's location always comes to mind as their worst. The store here always seems dirty, more so than others. And no joke, it is always filled with flies in the summer. You often don't get what you order and the staff at times seems a little blunt / or in a hurry. Nothing like sitting down to enjoy your meal over arguments in the kitchen area. And honestly don't even bother to ask for any ice-cream related products at this location - not even kidding. The mornings tend to be better here than lunch or dinner.

Given the very limited options of food in Powell I try to be understanding when Mcdonalds employees seem rushed or busy. I understand that mistakes can happen, and customer service is very unforgiving. However, when my meals are consistently messed up every time its' much harder to be understanding. For the last month meals have been messed up or entirely missing items, and I've needed to go back inside to correct my orders. And today, I didn't even get the item that I had ordered. I would like to think that employees should know the difference between a crispy chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. The drive thru was fast, but a fast service only irritates me when orders are not being filled in accurately.
