On a whim my daughter and I decided to stop here for breakfast after having not been inside of a Denny's in nearly 10 years. The outside of the building looks like it could still use a bit of love, but then so do nearly all the buildings in the Tampa / St. Pete area. Once inside, however, I was immediately blown away. The remodeling to bring the restaurant into the modern era was excellently done. From the moment we entered through the front door to when we left the service was top notch, and far better than some finer dinning places that I have been to in the past. The wait staff took care of us, spent time to just talk, and made the experience feel more like a meal at Grandma's house than at a chain restaurant. And the food? Wow, that was an impressive meal. Sure, there are going to be better places, but everything I ate well exceeded my expectations! It was warm, delicious, came quickly, and just gave all around good vibes throughout the meal. I know we look and see the yellow sign of Denny's, but this is easily the best one I have ever been too. 10/10, have returned multiple times.

I did Take out ORDERS Saturday and Sunday morning that were ready in 15 mins but as a dine in customer on Friday evening had to wait 40 minutes for food(restaurant was not that busy) Dine in food was just warm,not hot but tasted good. Server was pleasant,cashier each day pleasant and helpful. July 1st, July 2and, July 3rd.

So as someone who’s also been a waiter, it’s a good idea to check on other tables besides one big table that came after you. We waited over 2 hours for our food and the waitress never came by to even refill our waters meanwhile the tables that arrived after us received theirs.. and here’s the kicker: they ordered the same food as us! You can’t use the excuse of having only 1 cook or online orders to justify this bad service. Please do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else unless you want to kill time and not get your food!

55 minutes for one burger I ordered at 11:45. I had paid and left a tip when i ordered, hoping that would motivate them to get my food as fast as they could. The burger sat on the side bagged up, ignored by the servers until I asked for a third time about my food. Avoid at all costs I will never make the mistake of trying to eat here again
