I have gotten gel nails NUMEROUS times and I could not be more disappointed and upset with my experience at this “spa”. It may be a latin neighborhood nail spa but i was shocked at the lack of respect attention and class. Eating messy chicken wings while doing peoples nails. Getting my gel nails which on AVG is 30-40 mins if that, took TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I was extremely upset. I didn’t have time to do a nail design not to mention get my hair done for a christmas party I had. The nail lady that attended me had horrible service. Not only did she take the client that came in AFTER me, she made me wait 40 MINS with nail polish remover to take off gel nails (should not take more than 15 mins IF THAT) and i waited for 40 mins. Not only that, once she took off the tinfoil nail polish remover, i sat with my nails in water ANOTHER 30 MINS while she painted the nails of the lady that came in AFTER me, saying we hd both arrived at the same time. I have never had to share a nail tech. Not only thisss, she facetimed someone and stopped doing that ladys nails, making her wait, which made ME wait. Absolutely HORRIFIED with the service and lack of professionalism. NOT ONLY THAT, my gel nails were done so thin, two nails broke after 6 days. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Absolutely horrible service. Do not recommend. Arrived at 3:02 pm and left at 5:31 pm.

I ask for the same colors on my Manicure and pedicure and when I went out they were different color, so I went and bought the same color of my Hands and came back and they charge me more money to paint them again.When I already ask for the same color since the beginning. Iam really disappointed of this place they were never see me as a customer again.
