I had the lovely experience of working with Alyssa at Lily Saratoga. Alyssa made my first time dress trying on experience better than I could have ever asked for. She asked me about what I thought I wanted/visioned, asked I had any photos, and did not judge my budget that may have been less than some brides. Alyssa made me feel so comfortable, so welcomed, and she gave absolutely no pressure at all with having to buy a dress at any moment I was there. Although I found 3 dresses that day, that I loved, I did not buy a dress because I think as most new brides, you feel as though you need to look around and see other shops/styles. I went to another shop, but could just not stop thinking about my time at Lily, how comfortable I was there, and the dresses I fell in love with. I ended up making another appointment at Lily with Alyssa specifically, to try on some more styles that I liked. My fiancé and I also last minute changed our wedding from 2023, to 2022. I now had 5 months to figure how to get my dream dress in time. Let me tell you, Alyssa made it happen! I went back for my second appointment expecting to think about my options, and there was absolutely no need. Alyssa and the help of her staff made it so easy to say "yes to my dress" TODAY, and to get me in my dress in such a short time frame! I know this was a long review, but I just can not say enough about the amazing experience I had at Lily Saratoga! If you are newly engaged, just start with Lily Saratoga, you won't need to stress or go anywhere else!

I always knew I wanted to look for my dress at Lily and had high hopes of finding it there. Every girl dreams of the day they get to try on wedding dresses, and they made it a dream come true experience. The store is adorable in itself, but the dresses are absolutely STUNNING! They listened to me when I told them what I was looking for, but were also patient with me when I wanted to try on different styles. Every single dress I tried on was beautiful, but when I tried on “the one” I knew right away (it was actually the first one that she picked for me). Every person there is so accommodating and helpful. They make you feel like a true princess and give you all the feels!!
