I went into the store on Monday to buy a washing machine after ours broke. We worked with a salesman who was very helpful and ordered a machine that he stated would be delivered to the store on 8/13 (Thursday). After I scheduled help to pick-up my washer, the same salesman that helped me brought out a giant box marked "Dryer". Obviously, this was a large mistake, but mistakes happen. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake and trying to find a solution that worked, the salesman immediately began trying to allocate blame. Once we went inside the store, he reluctantly admitted that the mistake was his, but never transitioned to finding a solution. As soon as I suggested that we void the entire purchase, he immediately accepted that suggestion and never once tried to procure a washing machine. It was terrible customer service. The other 2 individuals that were with me to assist with pick-up shared the same opinion.

Bought a washer and dryer found a dent under the washer door that was not obvious didnt see for a month. The washer was charcoal grey and blended with shadows. said nothing could be done will not go back again

Will never purchase from sears again. Online said washer was 399.99 wouldn't honor price even though it said pick up at that store for that price. Talked to manager which wasn't helpful either. Said we could bring back the washer return it otder it online and rebuy. He also said they do match prices but can't match sears online. I have purchased all my appliances there in the past and never had an issue. The So will never shop their again.

The customer service that I received from this independently owned Sears store was incredible! The owner of the store helped me personally to resolve an issue and he kept in touch with me until everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this particular Sears store if you want to be treated like a very valuable customer.
