I went to this Kenny Drug Store today and had a great experience. I have only filled a few Prescriptions here previously but the computers were up to date and had my info from last visit. Although it was a little wait time, that's to be expected I believe at any Pharmacy. It takes time to process insurance info. Etc... this store as so many different items, it's really neat that they offer so many different products. All the employees I dealt with today were extremely pleasant and overall I believe that this is a great place to shop and fill prescriptions. Thanks Kenny Drugs

The last two times I’ve been to this location I’ve had bad experiences with customer service. My first visit the pharmacy line was really long, with only one cashier working the register while her three colleagues gossiped in the back and didn’t offer help. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get my prescription! My second visit was much worse. After an appointment I stopped at Kinney’s to pick up my prescription and was told the pharmacist was on lunch and wouldn’t be back for 45 mins. I killed time looking around and playing on my phone. After 45 mins I went to check on my meds and was told they needed 20 more minutes to get it ready. Frustrated, I killed some more time. After 20 mins I made my way over to the line and waited ANOTHER 20 mins because of the 4 employees, only one was actually helping customers. Finally when it was my turn they told me they didn’t have the medicine I needed in stock. I was furious. I had been there for nearly two hours and it was all for nothing! They had ever seen me waiting around for them! Then they offered to send my prescription over to Hannaford, but I would have to call and make the arrangment myself. In the end I made the switch and my meds were ready at Hannaford right away! The pharmacist at Hannaford even called Kinney’s to get my details herself. Never getting anything filled here at Kinney’s again, such a waste of time and useless staff.
