Paid ahead online for an 11am cruise. Got a call and text after a 2 hour drive saying the time slots advertised were incorrect. Had to wait an additional hour and a half. I checked in to get tickets and was also informed I'd have to pay to park when the website clearly indicates free parking for the duration of the cruise. I made mention of these concerns to an employee and was greeted with indifference. Other than that the actual tour was fun. The drinks were warm and very limited.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We booked a tour for my out of town family to go on the dolphin tour. My 2 month old baby was with us. We checked in with the cashier to get our tickets - she counted us and did not give us a ticket for the free of charge infant. They then allowed us to board the boat to only have the so called Manager approach me and tell me that they were over booked and we did not have a ticket for the infant. She continued with we would not be able to go on the tour and our money would not be refunded. I have never experienced such a rude unprofessional manager. I have since contacted my bank to dispute the charges as well as filed a complaint with the BBB. The whole situation could have been handled in a different way. This is the second time that I am posting a comment as the last one was deleted.

A very nice and attractive place, with a tour to the sea to enjoy the dolphins, with music and food.

Kinda overpriced, for no reason. Fridge magnets $9 ?! C'mon! Sponges vary from like 5 to about 25 for really big ones. Other than that, they sell a lot of stuff. You can find here a ton of sea treasures, whatever got into the net along with sponges lol😊
