I joined a week ago through Silver Sneakers. They offer several classes everyday that encourage me to experience. From the instructors up to the owner, they're upbeat, pleased to meet me and have me in their classes. I'm so glad I joined.

Don't listen to the whiny, entitled person who gave this place one star. The staff are very friendly, the members are the nicest people I've ever met, and everything is clean and well maintained. The classes are awesome, the pool and sauna are great, there is a very good variety of equipment, and I love that you can bring guests on Fridays (extra motivation!). It may be a little strange for me to feel this way about a gym, but Tarpon Total Fitness is actually my favorite business in Tarpon Springs.

No water classes are available at 9am and 1pm Monday thru Friday. I'm not sure about the fee.

Hi Marsha. We have Tai Chi class seceral times a week. This is one of the best balance enhancement exercises you can do. Come in and check it out. You wont be disappointed!
Jill...they vary; possibly Zero. I pay $21.40 monthly but you get a lot for it. Go for a tour. Ask for Richard!
