Place blows forsure. You can get there at anytime and the place will be jam packed! Terrible service they sit around doing nothing while they have lines of people waiting just to go into a booth it’s ridiculous. Clearly don’t take their jobs seriously or even bother to give customers good satisfaction. They even had me waiting on a chair waiting to be plugged for an hour when I could have been donating. No thanks will not return!

My first time donating today and it went incredibly smooth. I called ahead to make sure I had everything needed, though the website did provide all needed information. I arrived to the clinic and was explained each step to take and what to do next, as it was my first time I did require a few additional steps. All together it took about an hour and a half. Once I was in the chair it was just a bit to be hooked up, and everything was explained in detail! I felt that i understood what would happen and why. I was in and out in about 3 hours, most of this due to the first time requirements. All staff that I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning to donate again.

Highly recommend. Everyone I have worked with is patient, attentive, and kind. Each time I have come, it has been worth my time and plasma. To acknowledge a few exceptional employees that have kept me coming back, Cora, Eddie, Kate, Nancy, and Jeremy.

Staff is nice but oh my lord... so incredibly slow. Will be switching donation centers and will not be back. 10 people in seats waiting to be hooked up, some for over an hour. We just left. Not worth spending my entire day hoping to be hooked up and probably never getting out of here. If you for some reason decide to come here, plan on 2.5-4 hours not the normal 1.5 everywhere else

What is the pay rate?

It depends on your weight, which determines how much plasma you donate. In my weight category, 175+ pays $35 for the first donation and 45 for the second. If you haven't donated at this facility in the past six months you are treated as a new donor. Those payouts are different. If you're thinking about donating, please call them for a list of things you will need to bring. When i started donating it was a state id and a piece of mail addressed to me that was post marked within the past 30 days. This may have changed. Your first donation with take about 3 to 4 hours, so plan accordingly.
