Wonderfully creative foods! The What the Schnitzel is an absolutely outrageous amalgamation of flavors and influence. Ba'corn is a cheesy delicious mess of a sharable, and the selection of local brews and mixological wonders is totally on point. Service is Top notch, JT is awesome! Top of the list of Fort Collins eateries!

Best beer selection in Fort Collins! Quality and selection of food is also phenomenal! Avery is very knowledgeable about all the brews on tap and will not steer you wrong in choosing a beer that fits your taste. Never a bad pour at The Mayor!

First time I was here and really like it, overall great experience. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive and over 100 beers on tap! Huge selection, oh yea the place overall was very clean and modern. Ordered a bacon cheese burger and no complaints at all. It was delicious so overall great spot!

We will follow and exceed all the Standard Health Protocols for Restaurants adopted by the State, including: • Parties of guests will always maintain at least 6 (six) feet distance apart from other parties, including while waiting to be seated in the restaurant. • We will not have more than the currently allowed people inside a room at one time. • Hand washing stations will be available to all guests and team members. • Hand sanitizing stations will be available to all guests and team members, including upon entry. • We will not leave condiments, silverware, flatware, glassware, or other traditional tabletop items on an unoccupied table. • We will use sealed sanitized or disposable menus that are new for each table. • We will have contactless payment options. • All employees must pass a health screening before coming into the restaurant.
