I have been a Great Clips customer for a couple of years since moving to Fort Atkinson. I have been to many salons over the years and was so pleased to have found Lily (through my husband’s recommendation). She listens, makes recommendations and is a perfectionist. All the employees there are friendly and the shop is clean. So happy!

They are rude here and talk down to you! The woman who cut my hair said she could not do the cut I wanted. She was rude and argumentative! She also talked to me as if I were stupid, and she was an all knowing guru about hair. Her hair didn’t look that great! I had a feeling no one wanted to cut my hair, and she got the short straw. As I was checking out another employee came up and made a catty remark to the woman who cut my hair about me. What a bunch of rude snotty hateful women!!!

Worst hair cut ever!!!! Went in with hair down to my butt asked for layers came out with hair short hair and straight chops out of my hair wish I could post a picture of before and after. Sooooo bad!

I called ahead of time asking if they were able to do faxes and was told yes everyone there was able to. I showed the lady that cut my hair multiple pictures, explained in great detail how I wanted my hair. I was told that they won’t be able to get my hair perfect but they will try. Which is a stupid response to give to someone that is trusting u with their hair. The lady ended up rushing through the entire haircut and butchering my hair. None of their staff is actually able to fade and the haircuts they give are terrible. It smells terrible in the building and the staff rush through every clients haircut.
