Stayed four nights. The first night was extremely loud with people playing music and staying up talking. The place isn't huge, so despite being multiple sites away, it was easily heard. The other nights the main noise problems were the highway and train on either side of the camp. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot pool. It was cleaned mid week and was super hot after refill. Drinking Water had a hose taste. Sites were fairly easy to pull through and were able to fit a tent, camper, and two vehicles. Showers were a quarter for 2.5 minutes. Had a dog trail and seemed well kept and clean for the most part.

The Hot Springs are open, that's the best thing i can say about it. We waited for 40 minutes for someone to show up at the office to register us after I called for a reservation. You have to put a quarter in a slot to get 3 minutes in the shower. Not what I was expecting for as much as I paid. We left the campground to go to the State bathhouse for a better dip in the springs and free showers. Would recommend for emergencies only.

Cute cabin but when your paying 140 a night you wanna be warm and comfortable. The heat didn't work and the couple lil space heaters didn't keep it warm at all. The beds were from the 70's and very uncomfortable. The place was dirty. The whole cabin was covered in cob webs. The walls and the window sills. I don't think they have cleaned a mirror in forever. The one in bathroom was covered in other peoples toothpaste splatter. All it would take is a lil TLC update the beds and make sure it's clean and warm. Also they really should make a walking path from the cabin to the hot pools. It's just a grassy hill and someone is bound to slip and get hurt. Just make a lil gravel pat and maybe a lil hand rail on the hillside.

So we looked around before booking due to the terrible reviews on Trip Advisor. I would say- don't come here if nice showers and bathrooms are important to you. The selling point for us was having an on site thermal pool. We have 3 young kids and a pop up camper. We didn't use the showers (2 of 5 work) and used the bathroom as little as possible. We do have a toilet in our rig. The bathrooms are terribly dated but seemed clean. Yes, the picnic tables need new paint or replacement. Not all sites have a fire ring. But the landscaping was trimmed and well kept. The mineral pool- yes it's outdoors and uncovered so there is some algae on the stone bottom and insects along the edges floating on the top. This place has so much potential but is in need of cosmetic updates. Owners are super friendly and I think are doing the best they can. Definitely some areas that need a designer's eye and some paint could go a long way. Overall we would stay again if needed. The state mineral pool is only open 8-1 and the pay use pools can get pricey.

We didn't stay in cabins but they do have bathrooms. The showers are pay to use. But the campgrounds is nice.
I would say yes. Nice park.
You should call them.
I did not see anybody fishing at the campground. Maybe the area around or near campground.
I always make reservations but there are never any problems. They clean the pools on wednesdays.
