Don’t try to sell your clothes here. They barely take any items, told me mine had too much use when multiple items i was selling were never worn, or worn 1-2 times lightly. Other items were ‘styles on their clearance rack’, which is strange to me most items were name brand from the last year or two. Ive made sales in the past and they always lowball, never more than $10 even if what you have is valued over that. I would not waste your time selling clothes here. Must add that staff is friendly and the store is clean, so it’s better to just come for shopping.

I gave a bunch of clothes in a bag to see which i could sell to them and they said they didn’t want anything a day after i left all my clothes there. When I opened the bag after waiting a day to get it back over half of my clothes were gone. They stole my clothes then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t want anything. Would never ever go there again and telling all of my friends to never buy clothes from them. I cant believe they play with the customers like that. I could have sold the clothes online because they were brand new too with popular brands like American eagle jeans and cute brandy dresses but the lying and stealing is going to lose them over 30+ often shoppers who are my friends.

I moved to this area a year ago and as soon as a found out they had a Plato’s closet right by my house it was the first place I chose to shop, bought a whole new wardrobe for so cheap!!! I loved the environment so much that I got a job there and got what I expected a kind and hardworking team. I can say from my experience beforehand and my experience watching my coworkers that this is my absolute favorite location and we always try our best to give a great experience for customers and make sure they feel welcome 🤗

They buy pretty much anything except formal dresses and call them just in case and they’ll tell you.
