As usual we get a call that your flight times have changed leaving Riverton to Denver. And if that's not bad enough they won't let us bored 30 minutes before the flight because they pre-boarded earlier and as usual no one is available to talk to or at the counter. We will never never recommend or fly to or from Riverton ever in our lives again we will not recommend it we will drive to Casper we will drive to salt lake we will drive to Denver but we will never deal with Riverton airport ever again I would give it a -10 if I could. They are not helpful it is the worst airline in America.

Friendly folks, and the only game in town. I have not had a normal flight into or out of this place in 14 years though. Just can't hold it against the facility really.

For a small regional airport, it is very nice. Plenty of parking, nice restaurant, interesting displays, clean restrooms. Friendly personnel and TSA agents

We arrived to the airport before boarding even started and there was no attendant at the front desk for check-in. 10-15min later a woman comes to the desk from outside and proceeds to tell us that we will have to reschedule our flight because we were “way late”. In the end we still managed to get on our flight, but we wouldn’t have been considered late if the attendant was at the check-in desk to begin with.
