HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They prey upon the elderly and disabled. They upcharge them an exorbent amount. Contacted them regarding possibly selling a van purchased through them and the person drug out the process, when they knew we were on a time constraint, all to tell us the van wasn't worth anything to them. This same van that was purchased from them 6 years ago for $22,869.00. The side entry folding ramp was $14,500.00 itself. The van only has 4,250 more miles on it than when it was purchased.

We recently purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica with dropped floor, automatic ramp, and EMC driving equipment (joy stick). This has been the best experience we have ever had buying an accessible vehicle. We have had four during the last 25 years and have used different companies throughout Florida. Our salesman, Mike Love, and the service department were excellent. We had some “bumps along the road” using vocatiomal rehabilitation services but Mike assisted all along the way to support a great resolution. We highly recommend Mobility Works Tampa and Mike Love, salesman.

I have been a customer now for four years. Here is my experience. No pressure sales team with integrity and complete honestly. The shop has a very knowledgeably staff who can repair and create everything. Everyone there is always very friendly and creates a family atmosphere. Leadership is accessible if ever a problem should arise. I will continue to be a loyal customer as they have always been loyal to me. By the way; because of Ride-Away, I now drive a killer truck in my wheel chair. I HIGHLY recommend Ride-Away in Tampa.

Hi Khrista, you probably know by now but the general rule is accessibility equipment is considered unsafe & needs replaced in cases like your's or in some accidents that might be considered a fender bender. One small thing being knocked out of alignment can cause that equipment to malfunction & possibly cause another accident. When I replace my van none of my equipment can be put into a new vehicle. Small changes in the production or design of the new vehicle will probably not be able to accommodate the old equipment. I hope that helps anyone wondering about this subject. Good luck.
