If I could give 0(zero) stars I would. While in the drive through the manager (Ashley) at the Plymouth PA location was very rude while taking my order. I told her I would come in, she told me I couldn’t. When I entered the store ALL employees refused to help me. She finally came to the register to complete my order. While tapping her fingers (still has the attitude) she is continuing to be rude. I asked her to please lose her attitude and lower her tone with me. She walked away and stated she was NOT taking my order nor was any of her employees. They then proceeded to call the cops because I was asking for her DM (District Manager) name and number. While on the phone with customer service the police officer came in. I gave her my info and the manger did not speak with the police officer that she called on me. I did end up speaking with the DM. As well as corporate. This place is horrible and has horrible customer service. She also states that she did not care about her job and threatened me. I should have been the one to call the cops. I would NOT recommend anyone spend money at this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!!! Also my 5 year old daughter was with me and was asking why she is being so rude and talking like that. My 5 year old should not be asking why someone is rude but the manager (Ashley) couldn’t notice how rude and ignorant she was being to a customer

Going to this Dunkin' donuts in Plymouth is my last resort if I'm actually really desperate every time I come here they are so either overstaffed or understaffed and still slow but every time I come through here my order is always messed up how hard is it to make a coffee how hard? I'm so glad that they don't have to do anything else than what they do because they really mess everything up they got machines to do everything for them and they still mess it up how does this make sense make this make sense to me? I seriously have to give a star in order to rate this store I give them a negative 10 Stars

Worker got the order very wrong, instead of 4 drinks we got just 3. Out of the 3, one was missing the whipped cream. When we got the last one it had missing whip also, and when we told him to make it right he said it would be an extra $2. We left unhappy and I'll avoid this place in the future.
