We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights… The staff at the front desk was friendly. The coffee from the machine was nasty the juices tasted weird and watered down. The lobby and the gym area were clean for the most part. My kids wanted to swim in the pool however the pool looked yellow and dirty. So we didn’t let them we’ve seen other pictures on here where the pool looked blue not when we were there. We were in room 200 which seemed to be falling apart. It was freezing outside and they had changed the system to summer mode because 2 days prior was nice. Our first night there we were cold. There were holes in the wall and patches that had not been fixed properly and painted in the bedroom and hallway. At night we went to lock the door and the latch was hanging by a screw (picture included). We had to prop a chair in front of the door at night. My husband went to dry his hair and the blow dryer fell of the wall because it was not screwed in correctly (picture included). Our last night the deadbolt lock popped out (picture included). Our room seemed to be clean however the carpet did not look vacuumed. The sofas in the room and some in lobby look dirty. We did let them know at the front desk and they offered to change our room but we had already unpacked so we decided to stay. That is the reason we are giving them 3 stars.

Hotel is older but remodeled. The air conditioning is so loud. Our first room it actually rattled the floor. They did move us to another room, but the system in there was very loud too. One other room they had us in smelled of smoke so they moved us after saying the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. So switched a total of 3 rooms to get a decent one. Also, no hot breakfast as advertised. Also indoor pool was so tiny and had a weird green color tinge to it. That being said the bed was good. Evening front desk clerk was super nice, day time guy was not. Overall, not a great experience as far as choice hotels go.

Water between 6 - 12 noon is Luke warm at best, no temperature control AT ALL, in the room, 75 degrees is to warm for my liking at night, it's okay during the day but would be nice if it was a little cooler to sleep. And the AC doesn't do anything. Two of four ice machines don't work. Breakfast is minimalistic, untouched by human hands, but that is the pandemic. Everything else is adequate

Great place just outside of DC. Lots of space in our room. I didn't use any amenities we only had one night, but the room was much better than I expected. We had a bedroom and a sitting room with a door to separate the two rooms. It slept 6 comfortably so long as you are not picky about bed sizes. We have a full at home so nothing new for us. Highly recommend if you have kids.
