Phlebotomist Eva is top notch! My visit was flawless. In & out in 15 minutes for phlebotomy and providing a urine specimen. My plan was to be 1st patient of the day with the concern whoever opened the PSC may be running late. Well, Eva was right on time and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Thank you Eva!

I was worried about coming here seeing all the negative reviews, but I am glad that I had great experience at this place. Cierra took care of me quickly was very nice and polite, was clear about my H pylori test and process. I will say its easier to make an appointment through the website vs phone. I did see someone in the lobby who had problems because they couldn't contact him through text while he waited in car; so wait in the lobby when you check in. Thanks again

I just left my appointment from Quest Diagnostics and they were fast with getting me in but they were BEYOND RUDE! I would never go back to this place. I had to cancel my appointment due to a miss understanding with paperwork and insurance purposes and they were not trying to LET me cancel for the longest time.. I had to tell her 10 times to just cancel this and she kept asking me “why?” and giving me and attitude... if a customer says to cancel an order... you cancel it. Period. AND she was rough with putting the band on my arm and she was rushing around so I can only imagine how painful it would’ve been to actually get my blood drawn by her. Unorganized, chaotic, disrespectful, unprofessional, horrible establishment! Stay blessed y’all.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone or see someone at the front desk to ask a simple question. Voicemail is still not set up to leave a message and request a return phone call.
