I have been a client of this office for 30 years, and have had many pets taken care of there. That being said, today I tried to bring my 20+ cat in to be put down and told nothing is available till next friday, how inhumane, to have a pet suffer till it passes is cruel for both of us.

Worst vet ever!! I have two English bulldogs and my husband went to go pick up there monthly medication that we have been picking up for the last 2 years they decide to not give my husband the right medication because we requested all there records to move them to another vet that really has knowledge regarding English bulldogs. We only went to That clinic because a friend recommended it, but they truly don’t know what they are doing and they overcharge beyond belief. We are happy with the vet they are about to start going to and happy to get away from this vet. If you have a breed with unique health problems I would look elsewhere.

Wish they would’ve let me know that a no call no show fee. I explain to them that there was a miscommunication about my time of my arrival due to miscommunication between me and my fiancé when he told me the time of my appointment. As well the manager was pretty rude it was an older woman. It wasn’t that she just wasn’t unpleasant but she was also scolding me I found it really interesting as I work in customer service and we never speak to customers like that. I really hope that owners & herself get her attitude better. But on a positive note the girl at the front desk was very nice and it also seemed very clean inside.
