Went for urgent care for a sprained ankle that I thought was broken. Was in and out in less than 60 minutes. They x-rayed me, asked me what was wrong and gave me a few treatment options and I was out the door. Friendly staff too. This place is pretty state of the art and huge!

I have had great experience with All Florida Orthopedic. Dr Nguyen is very professional and really good surgeon. I would use them again. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. When they are very busy I have heard them a little short when they had to tell a patient the same thing multiple times. I think they deserve a 5 star rating.

This is a very busy practice with many doctors and support staff. The service that I have received has been excellent. The surgeon, Dr. Heitner, is responsive and I consider myself lucky to have found him. My physical therapist, Jessica, is patient, caring and has helped me a great deal. I would recommend this practice.

Was referred here for tendinopathy issue... the doctor supposed to be the best for my type of condition. I was in significant pain and loss of mobility but he made we go through 4 months of conservative treatment before agreeing to obvious need for surgery( condition was obvious on Xray and MRI) Eventually had surgery and the condition is still healing and I'm hopefully finish follow up in another month. The doctor is competent as a surgeon but bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired.... and the way they run the practice sucks. It's a giant mill. Appointments are scheduled 5 to 10 minutes at a time. Really unprofessional and obnoxious waiting room. Intake can be rude and the medical assistants come out and yell your last name when its time to go in the back. They interview you and enter notes online and then you sit alone waiting. Long wait times, I was never seen on time and most appointments were 30-45 minutes late. I would not go back. There has got to be a better practice in town.
