Kelly hooked my tf up, I don’t usually get my nails done but my partner set up an appointment for my birthday…. I felt like royalty! I got champagne and a gorgeous set. The whole environment is super professional and sleek: to really get pampered. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Again, thank you Kelly.. you’re awesome

Overpriced for mediocre service. Went with my girlfriend to celebrate her engagement. You have to pay extra for services that are typically included in a pedicure. For example, the callus treatment is an extra you have to add on to have them use the pumice stone on the bottom of your feet. In my experience, that has always been included as part of a standard pedicure. I asked for paraffin on my feet. Upon putting my first foot into the bag, I decided it was entirely too hot (like I'm going to get 2nd degree burns if I put my foot in the bag hot) and pulled my foot back out. She kept trying to force me to put my foot in the bags and I kept telling her it was too hot. She caused the tops of all of my feet to bleed when buffing my toes. You have to pay a dollar per minute of extra massage. My friend paid for 15 minutes and still somehow was finished before me. Both technicians did a horrible job on our polish (French). They serve wine and mimosas so we enjoyed that. The chairs sit upright, they do not recline or massage. If only one of us had had a bad experience I could count it off to a bad technician, but we both had a less than stellar experience, ESPECIALLY for the price.
