Tom our service writer was great.. we dropped off our car for a rear toe link recall. When we returned to pick up our car, Tom took the time to explain what work was completed even though he was busy as it was that time of the evening when folk were in to pick up their cars. AutoNation Ford Bradenton is the only repair shop that has serviced our Fords (we have a Super Duty pick-up too), since we've moved to Florida in 2017. AutoNation keeps our vehicles running like new. Thanks AutoNation Ford. MC

If there was less than 1 start, that would be my rating for the majority of my experience with AutoNation Ford Bradenton. The only exception are the two ladies that answer the calls and took action to get me answers after I explained my extreme dismay at being unable to reach the service provider after 6 voice mails, I refused to be transferred yet again. To them, I give 10 stars because they stuck with it until I had a result. As far as the rest of the experience, we will never return to this dealership. The service writer was inefficient, did not return any phone calls (6 voice mails), didn't have information when we finally did reach him and left us hanging with no information on the status of our vehicle. When finally reached, we learned our vehicle was not complete and it would be the next day. When asked about a loaner car - it was too late because Enterprise was already closed. We had an appointment for the services requested - it was not like we dropped it off and said "when you get to it is fine". Clearly there is lack of organization and no regard for the difficult place it puts customers in. Whoever looked for the lock for our wheels rifled through the glove compartment and center console, it looked like the car had been vandalized. A simple call to us asking where the lock was would have saved them time and us frustration by having to put everything back as it was when the vehicle was dropped off. Service is the lifeblood of any dealership and a "customer for life" is normally their goal in a well managed dealership. I'm amazed with this poor of service department how they are even in business.

Exceptional service! Jason Willis helped me purchase a spare tire that matched my car’s rims and tires. He went above and beyond, working with me via phone so that I didn’t have to drive out to the dealership. I sent him pictures of the tires and rims and he did all the research. Once they arrived, he arranged for service to mount and balance it. Then he called me when it was ready. He was so friendly and professional!

The quality of the service was quite good. However, improvement can be made in the appointment check-in process as well as actually getting the vehicle serviced. I waited in excess of 20 minutes to drop my vehicle off as my service associate was not available and the other two employees were taking a long time to close their tickets. I never received a call the day of my appointment and had to follow up with them the following morning. I was told that because I did not stay with my vehicle, my vehicle was not looked at during the 1:30 PM appointment time. Will have to carefully consider whether we will use them in the future unless they can improve their customer service.

Read the user manual. It should detail what service is needed and when to service. If you do not have user manual, do a search on the internet for the user manual.
