Probably the best Kohl's I've ever visited. The place is spotless even with some upgrading and remodeling in progress. Very bright and so well organized. Really impressed with the wide aisles and the fact that product is all within reach (not stacked to the ceiling). Closeout and marked down products clearly identified throughout the store along with price check devices which actually worked! A very enjoyable staff added to an extremely pleasurable shopping experience.

We bought a new quilt and then went to find shams. They are in construction, so finding what you want is a little difficult. But we asked a crew member, and she was helpful.

Came to the store and there were no employees around electronics. I saw an employee named Jennifer and she was extremely rude and confrontational, not customer service oriented at all. She was enjoying the confrontation. Not the service standard I am sure Kohls focus on providing.

They have hand sanitizer at the doors and masks are mandatory. Safe distance markers are in place at checkout.
Line for return/exchanges for Kohl's & line for Amazon returns. Usually no line to wait. Receipt or no receipt no problem. Tags on merchandise is helpful to move quickly.
