We had a disabled guest who traveled from DC to see Colorado mountains. He wanted to be by the water. The campground host was rude & unstable with his decisions. He has given us two site and then demanded us to be on specific site which was too steep for our disabled friend. His wife offered us to the other site. He was not too happy with her decision too. We enjoyed our picnic by the water and did not left any trace any kind of garbage or items. We were packing and talking suddenly Host showed up and started to question us. Like aren't you living yet? We replied why. He started to accused that he has warned us about being loud and smoking joint and he called the sheriff. We were shocked by his action and accusations. It was strictly pure racist action.

Beautiful Campground with many sites on the river. Came in without a reservation and the camp host was very helpful! There is no cell service in the entire valley and wifi in Marble with a donation.

We had a fabulous time. The most beutiful scenery. Clean well maintained campgrounds. Went up to Crystal Mill on ATVS from Marble. Had a great time.

Campsite 23 was right on the Crystal River. The hosts, Brian and Katie, were friendly and helpful. They keep this campground neat, clean, repaired, and quiet. The pit toilet was the cleanest I have ever seen. Really an outstanding campground!
