You're supposed to have a member of the park with you if you're not a member of the "Original Carrollwood" neighborhood but it's still a really nice park

Yes...and tons of space to spread out blankets if you want a picnic style.
The East side is off leash, but it's a private park for Original Carrollwood homeowners.
