I came in to the store looking for my wedding dress. I was just looking to get ideas of what I like and don’t like. Brandon was very helpful and I had fun playing roulette with the dresses. Brandon pulled me aside, away from my family, and said let’s take at look at some dresses together. They had chosen the majority of the dresses I was trying on. Already getting a feel for my style, we chose a couple more dresses. I tried on a dress and I couldn’t believe it was the one! I found my wedding dress and I am so grateful for Brandon! David’s Bridal did the alterations for free and I am just so happy!

TLDR: Despite my impractical requests they did a really good job of using their professional knowledge to deliver a beautiful dress. I feel like I did the David’s Bridal Team and the in-house alterations department a disservice not mentioning them specifically. I fell in love with a dress at David’s bridal that was 3x my original budget. But everything especially the on-site alterations team was totally worth it. First of all staff were really helpful trying to get a specific blush backed material I wanted but as it was only 3 months before the wedding and it would need to be custom made, they couldn’t guarantee it but they did have the same dress in Ivory which actually I think was for the best. Then when I came for my fitting like a week before the wedding, I was already a bit emotional with all the last minute preparations. I tried on the dress and they’d done a really good job letting out the hips and taking in the bodice. But for me it just wasn’t sitting right and I got a little teary thinking it wasn’t going to be perfect and there was so little time left. The manager of the alterations team was really understanding and explained to me if I wanted the dress to sit this way then it would make a bubble shape at the rear but I was fine with that as long as it sat completely flat across my thighs. She also reassured me everything would be ready in time. So when I came for my dress a few days before the big day I was so relieved everything was exactly the way I wanted it. The dress was stunning and I was completely happy with how it felt.

I had the best experience at David’s Bridal with Autumn! She helped me find the dress of my dreams. I would have never known that was the dress I would like, but Autumn did an amazing job at finding it. It is everything I never knew I wanted. Me, my mother, and my sisters all cried and she was right there with tissues. She was positive and a true delight on this special day. Thank you for the amazing experience Autumn! David’s Bridal, Give that girl a raise! She’s amazing.

This place was so amazing! I got my dress only 2 weeks before my wedding from a different dress shop via mail. The dress did not fit the measurements I gave so I was in a panic. David’s bridal was the ONLY place in all of pinellas county that told me they could get the job done. I went on a limb and trusted Hannah (the best seamstress ever) with the dress, knowing if anything went wrong, I would not have a dress for my wedding. Well, Hannah delivered!!!!! It fits perfectly and she maintained everything that was important to me with the dress. I am so happy with my dress. I will forever recommend David’s bridal and Hannah!!!!
