I was looking for the perfect anniversary gift for my wife. Several years ago some piece of work broke into our house and stole a lot of things from us including a blue sapphire bracelet-her favorite as it was the first expensive gift I had given her. Heartbroken she was. I stopped by Kay Jewelers and spoke with a sales rep who was beyond helpful. She asked what it was I was looking for and found it!! Almost identical to the one I was looking to replace. THRILLED she was!! Over the moon. The staff at Kay Jewelers was on point. Very helpful and NEVER pushy. Highly recommend this place as it has a great inventory, fair pricing and superior staff. Thank you Kay Jewelers-helped make an AWESOME anniversary!!

WORST Customer service of any jewelry store in the area!!!! Purchased a ring online and had it delivered to the store for pickup since I was not 100% sure of the sizing. Chat told me they would resize at no charge. When I got to the store an INCREDIBLE RUDE customer service rep told me nothing is free and only cared about upselling me to a warranty. nothing about the store experience was good and when I contacted the online customer service chat they basically to me "sorry" nothing we can do each store can charge what they want for resizing and nothing they can do about the rudeness. As a family we have all had similar experiences at this store. NEVER BUY FROM KAY JEWELERS!!! If I could give zero stars I would! There are many choices out there! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

If I was able to give this place a “0” I would. After being a returning customer for multiple occasion you think this place would respect you a little bit more but no. I went in to get my wedding band and was told a whole other story. They said they would order it and call me when they did so I would know it was actually coming in to the store. Now I have to call them because I have not received any information since I was last there. They told me Scott has called and emailed me which is a lie because the last email was from Dec. of 2018 and no missed calls. Now after getting on the phone with Sandy, I was told I needed to come in to put a deposit on a ring they were suppose to order for me to just try on since the style wasn’t in store. Why would you allow me to leave a week ago without putting a deposit on it????? Why did I get told first off that it was being ordered to make sure I like it before I bought it??? Bad service all around....honestly will never go back to buy anything from this company and sister companies..too bad I’m stuck with a lifetime warranty with you....
