I have lived here two years and would not recommend it to anybody. Maintenance is unreliable, had to create two requests and call multiple times to get anything fixed. Trash was overflowing for months, couldn't even drive through the parking lot. In my two years the hot tub they love to advertise has not been open once. Despite having 'office hours' every time I go to pick up packages or print something the office is closed. I have been trying to get my packages for three weeks now. I have tried calling them but they never answer. I have a parking spot that I pay for but have maybe parked in it 50% of the time as people steal spots, and their 'towing company' is a complete scam. There is no fan in the bathroom so paint chips and we found mold underneath their paint job. It is clear that everything was cheaply made so that residents don't get their security deposit back. It is a cheap and easy option for college students, but way more worth it to go somewhere else.

This is the best place to stay while you are in school. It is under new management so a lot of things are changing. There is a new maintainance staff who fix things promptly and correctly. There is new office staff who can assist you in your rentals amd with any questions youay have. Sitting just a few short blocks from the stadium and the school, University Gardens I a great place for your kids to come and enjoy their college experience.

I've lived worse places. It's a college apartment complex, so of course there are issues. I did love the in unit washer and dryer. My biggest issue was the creepy maintenance guy who came into the apartment unannounced and followed girls across the parking lot. Other than that, it was average.

The University Gardens is perfect for any student looking to move away from the dorms, or just looking to get closer to campus. The rent is extremely affordable and you are getting DirecTV, Google Fiber Internet, 50 inch flat screen TV, washer and dryer IN YOUR APARTMENT! We also got a new hot tub along side with many fire pits to use as well. The rent is far better than competition and comes completely furnished. You are also put directly down the street from downtown Salt Lake. I don't know what else you could ask for in an apartment complex, especially one so close to campus.
