No one came to my home when original appointment was scheduled. When I called the local store in Redlands, no one answered the phone on multiple attempts to follow up on my windshield replacement. Calls divert to automated system over and over. My windshield was eventually replaced, but outer seal was pushed in under the windshield. When I called to ask about whether or not that was correct, no one answered the phone. Left message as directed on automated system for questions following service. No one returned my call.

I love Safelite Auto glass. My husband had a crack in his windshield and it was very easy to make an appointment to get it fixed. They sent out Sergio to fix the windshield and they gave Sergio the wrong piece. Instead of making me wait another day Sergio, called the Redlands Safelite Auto Glass office and made me an appointment for the same day. Sergio, went out of his way to make sure that my husband had a new windshield for his car. Even though I could have had a bad experience, Sergio and Safelite made sure that everything went smoothly and I am so incredibly happy with my service. This happened in February, but life has been hectic so I'm writing my review right now. Thank you so much Sergio, and thank you so much Safelite in Redlands for making the day an awesome and productive day.

You must go to there website 1st. Don't call it's a waste of time. Fill out the glass questions they asked. Now, pay for service and add pictures to. Then, they will set a appointment time. And you get a email confirmation. If they need more information you get a email with a 800 number. At this point they will transfer you to a shop location. And you get to speak to someone that can help. Then, you need to wait 1/2 the day on your repair appointment if they go to you. Friendly and Professional service !

I was very satisfied that they fought to get my windshield replaced with the proper windshield. When I picked up my car, there were gouges in the driver’s front bumper side. After the manager told me it just needed to be buffed out, his detail guy said it was gouges and he couldn’t do it. They inspected my car WITH ME when they took it I . Now they have never called me back. Nice manager on the onset, but the crew damaged my new car. I knew which scratches were mine and the gouges they did to my paint during the windshield replacement. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR IF YOU VALUE IT.

If it needs to be replaced they cover everything but the deductible in you have comprehensive coverage. If it's just a chip repair they should cover the cost
