And then there's Wendy's in Delta, Colorado. Unlike any other Wendy's most could ever visit/encounter, I'm sure. From the slow service to items on the menu which are unavailable because....well just because...I'm only guessing on that one. On to employees, when questioned, give every excuse know to mankind, yet still complain to customers, and serve food below average at best. It's obvious this location does not understand quality food & services can keep them in business and customers can choose to go elsewhere depriving this business any opportunity to succeed. Buyer beware here! Get your burger elsewhere!

Horrible customer service in the drive up this evening, the middle aged woman working the window is extremely rude, from having to break the only bill I had on me, to giving sauces for my kids nuggets. I eat here often but this trip will be the absolute last for this location simply due to a rude employee who didn't need to speak to me that way in front of my 2 small children over ranches and bbq like get a new job if you're SO miserable and have to be rude to a single mother with her 2 babies in the car!!!! Wish she had on her name tag because I would've LOVED to include her name so everyone knows not to ask her for sauces when they order a bunch of nuggets for toddlers!!!

Waited over an hour for my food and and when I called to talk to the manager about it, they hung up on me. This is definitely not the place to go for food or customer service. Over the past year this location has gone completely downhill. Even had someone walk out while I was in the drive through and the manager just stood there.

I had to repeat my order 4 times, and it was still incorrect and items were forgotten. I know you are only getting what you pay for at most fast food places, but simple listening skills achieved in most schools of today is a definite struggle for this location for the younger employees who took my order. Food was topical Wendy's stlye, but of the two orders of fries, one was obviously sitting for a while, versus the fresh batch of fries I received when I had to go inside to reclaim the ones they forgot to deliver to us in our original order.
