I've never ordered Jimmy John's until today but it was awesome! Super fast delivery, the delivery driver was nice and the food fresh and good. I'll definitely be ordering from here from now on. Alot better deals than most places also.

I order all the time from here. I almost never complain, but they always seem to miss something on my order. This time I order 3 subs I only get 2. I notify the driver right away and he looks at me clueless, I ask him to take the food back because the order is already wrong he refuses, I’m stuck with two subs and now the chore of calling down to the store. When I ask for my money back because I have to go to work after waiting 40 minutes for our order, I guess they weren’t feeling freaky fast, because I’m missing a sub he refuses. Basically all the could offer me was another delivery with my forgotten sub. I checked this morning to see if they had credited me my money back for my sub and no, so I just want to warn people. According to the manager if they make it for you , you have to pay for it even if you don’t get your item. Terrible customer service terrible delivery drivers. I highly recommend you stay far away from this place, they will take your hard earn money and blame you for all their own mistakes.

I ordered two sandwiches and it was delivered very quickly. The problem is there was was no turkey in one of my "turkey sandwiches"! When I called to get the order corrected I was told three times from a male employee that I could not speak to the manager and that they were very busy. He put me on hold twice. He didn't apologize, try to correct my order and refused multiple times to gethis manager. I will be calling corporate. He made feel like my order was not important although I had already paid! I wish he would have told me from the start when I called to order that they were too busy so that I would have made the conscious choice to go elsewhere.
