The only reason I'm leaving a star is so I can complain about how smart mouth the manger is. I don't know who Vanessa think she is, but to be getting smart with the elderly about how they spend their money is ridiculous, so whom ever you are Vanessa the manger at KFC, the lady you disrespected has children, and they don't tolerate disrespectful people like you.
