My husband and I visited the casino to celebrate my birthday on June 18, 2022. In the mix my ID was provided and shortly after a gentleman working for the casino named Chuck came to wish me a happy birthday. The hospitality throughout the night from him was more then words could express. He simply just said thank you for choosing their casino to celebrate at and he hoped he was able to make my birthday a good night. Well he did just that! Honestly was blown away by his generosity. We will definitely travel again. We also decided to play poker. My first time playing at a table and not an app. Lol Zachary the employee was super nice polite and patient. Thank you Chuck for making my night one I will not forget. Highly recommend!

The entire place seemed understaffed, that should have been our sign to just drive to Des Moines. Whenever a casino resort is understaffed like that they aren’t taking care of their employees and aren’t paying them livable wages. Their slots are “tight”, no action out of any slot machine all weekend. Was a waste of time and money over Father’s Day. Was expecting a relaxing weekend out of the heat. We should have watched television at home since that’s what we did more of than anything else. They had no floor staff service for drinks in the casino during any of our multiple visits down, which was actually the only beneficial thing there, we weren’t just feeding 1 or 2 slot machines. We got to feed about every slot machine $40-$60 dollars with no forward progress on any of them after the bills went in, the money was gone. As for the hotel, comfort and quality, I’d rate it between a motel 6 and a motel 8. You just won’t have stains on the sheets to question, just the uncomfortable beds. Shower and bathroom areas are equivalent to a truck stop shower, just costs more than a $13 wash while on the road. Food and restaurant quality is relatable to a McDonald’s, the burger and fries are twice the price though and their chicken wings a dog probably wouldn’t eat. Tenderloin wasn’t anything to write home about either, just had add plenty of ketchup on it. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, this isn’t a place I’d recommend to an enemy, let alone anyone I cared about.

Just moved to the area and first time going. Went we friends who were visiting from out of state. Everyone had a good time even though we didn't come out millionaires...lol For me personally, it may not be a good place since it's only 5 min away and I think it's my favorite place to hang out!!!! LOL LOL The employees were very friendly and helpful. I learned how to play a new card game and the dealer and pit boss were very helpful and patient teaching me how the game is played. Once I got the hang of it and was more comfortable playing I had such a great time. But like I said didn't win a lot but did come home with a little at least...lol lol My friends also stayed at the hotel there which was really convenient and they could just walk back and forth from their room to the casino.

Super super fun and loose I mean loosely goosey machines.... First machine I hit within 5 minutes... Then went to the familiar Firelink and Ban 10c had a bonus with 1700 biggens.. had so much fun with the friendly staff and local patrons I didn't want to leave and put it all back! Lol

Yes
Yes but I would eat somewhere else. There is a little deli with about 6 menu choices that's rarely open and a sit down restaurant with about 10 menu choices that isn't that great....
Candyland Drawing at 8,9,10 and 11pm. Chance to win up too $1000 cash and a thousand entry's to win one of the cars.
It depends on your luck and your bank roll 😉
No, they have Texas shoot out but not actually ring games or tournaments. 😫 I'm not sure why every other review is telling you they do lol because they clearly do not. . . Not if you're looking for a 6 or 10 player game or a tournament they do not and the shoot out table is not open at all times, they alternate it with 2 other games, Mississippi stud and something else
