Today was my first time going to this laundromat, & I was quite pleased overall! I went on Monday at around 2:30pm. There were 2 other patrons doing their wash as well. When I arrived, I quickly noticed how clean & well kept the business was. Even the bathroom was nice. There was plenty of seating available, in addition to a number of spacious, sturdy folding areas throughout. I used one of their largest capacity washers & dryers, 75lb capacity. The wash & dry cycles were pretty quick (30-40 min) especially considering the huge amount I was washing. I made a mistake when paying for my dryer, & ended up losing $1. I sent an email/feedback through the Fascard website, asking if it could possibly be credited back to my account. The owner/manager was such a nice man! First of all, he responded FAST- within about an hour of my message & asked me to call him directly. He (Jeff) was so pleasant & it was clear to me that he takes great pride in his business, equipment & his customers. He listened to me while explaining some of how their timers work. I likely didn't pay at the right time for the dryer to continue running. Even though it was MY mistake, he graciously credited my account even more than the dollar I had lost! He went above & beyond to help me. I really couldn't sing higher praises for this laundromat & how it is managed. I give a solid ☆☆☆☆☆- highly recommended! Jeff, if you read this, thank you again! I'll absolutely will be back.
