Tried to find some moisturizer and the workers didn't help me when I asked where it was, had to find it on my own. And the layout of the beauty section makes no sense

This is a smaller Target but perfectly fine for our size city. My big beef with this Target is the specials when you have to buy a certain number of a certain things to get a Target gift card (usually $5-$10). It never rings up properly at the register, then you have to hassle with a supervisor to get your gift card. This has literally happened to me the past 5 times I've been to this store. Is this happening at other Target stores now?? At first they tried to tell me it was because I hadn't checked out with the Target app, but lately the signs for the specials don't say anything about the Target app. Anyway, Target needs to get their act together with these gift card promos.

Rude employee Searched the small purses we were buying at self checkout. Pretty sure she was profiling me for my young appearance and thought I was a college student trying to shoplift. Made me feel demeanored for no reason when I was buying enough items to total over $60. Clearly not shoplifting My redcard wouldn't work and she proceeded to tell me this was an issue lots of customers were also having but that is was ALL MY FAULT. Repeated this many times to me which I thought was unprofessional. I told her I just called redcard that day so the problem wasn't with my card otherwise they would have told me. She continued to treat us rudely so we left without buying anything. We decided we would rather go to a different target. I have only been treated with respect and kindness from other target employees in the past and was very disappointed with the service we received. Will most definitely be avoiding going to the Alexandria target in the future.
