Nice place to stay. Not a big place, but the sites are good size. We have a Class A 40' and our site wasbplenty big. Emily was very nice and helpful. 👍

Where to start. Stayed here for 1 night pulling a large 5th wheel. The check in service was terrible, it was clearly an inconvenience for the woman to speak to me. They use Rover Pass so that they don’t have to speak to anyone. The office reeked of cigarette smoke. Visitors just pick any spot that’s open, lucky for us there was one big enough, we weren’t sure if there would be, and if they were at capacity, no way we would have found one. Many of the sites were small and all were back in. No gravel, dirt and dead grass all over. Infested with ants, and I’m not talking a few hills, I’m talking infested. Couldn’t walk without stepping on an ant hill. Kids enjoyed playground, but it was not kept up and they got splinters. Huge holes in the ground prevented them from running and playing. Had full hook up. Was fine for one night, but for $45 a night, we could have stayed somewhere way nicer. In fact we have stayed at places nicer for $20 cash. If I were traveling alone with my children, no way I would have stayed here. No security, not safe.

Cruise right on by. The bedsheets were stained, there were no bath towels and the small towels we did have were also stained, the whole place reeked of stale cigarette smoke, the window box AC is so loud it startles you awake each time it turns on (which is every 20-30 minutes), if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every pin drop upstairs, and the shower looked like it should have been replaced more than a decade ago. I was quoted a price of $70 online but was charged $120. I’ve stayed in $30 motels that were far nicer than this.

Really enjoyed our stays here traveling for Thanksgiving! Spent a night Monday and tonight on Friday. The rooms are really fun, love the decorations! The whole place has a fun feel to it. The lovely young lady at the office was very helpful and even upgraded our room so we could be on the lower level, so thoughtful! We'll definitely be back when staying in Alexandria again, thanks for a great time! :)
