Planned to have a birthday party here 2 weeks in advance. Was quoted for the party package which included shoes, arcade cards for the guests, and they were going to supply pizza and soda. When the day came and we got there we were informed they didn’t know there was going to be a party that day. They only had a couple pizzas on hand so we would have to order food from elsewhere. Not to mention that there was only one employee in the building. Than another party group walked in thinking they had also been booked for a party. My group had 25 people and any time we asked the employee for anything his response was “I’m the only one here”. It was not this poor employees fault by any means and I know he did the best he could. But this was a terrible experience for us and we will never be going back.

WAYYY over priced, horrible service, machines dont work over half the time, and one of the employees tried getting tough with my lil brother. Oh yuh doesnt matter how much you pay either... You dont finish the games (THAT U PREPAY FOR MIND YOU) before "the time is up" (on open bowling) they just give ya the boot. We paid for a game we didnt even get to play half of cause constant problems, lazy employees, and their stupid time limit on games.. Highly do not recommend... I know gas is up there right now. But make the trip to hibbings alley. It'll be worth every penny..

Went on Mother’s Day and had a great time! Bowling was great and not expensive for the deal they had going on. The arcade could have been better. A lot of the games were shut down and/or not working. A couple broken that ate our money.
