Wanted to c if I could still do hills especially with the wind. Use to bike it everyday but at 80 yrs old alot tougher. Sad to c what the root system has done to it. Still a beautiful ride

The trail is paved, there's shade and patches of sun. There's a little rest spot 2 miles out or so. It's a really enjoyable area to run! I wish there were more maps or more signage so you could better know where you're at. The hills are a fun landscape variation, too!
