Have worked for FOX Transportation for 6+ years and it's a fantastic company. It's a large company but it still maintains a family feel. This is in large part from the owners still being active in the day to day activities and leading from the front. Many places you hear that no idea is a bad idea and at FOX they are open to great ideas that leads to great partnerships with clients and customers. Management empowers the employees with autonomy which gives each employee the opportunity to really have ownership in their roles.
