The atmosphere is very casual and comfortable, with friendly and attentive staff. The menu is typical of a small cafe, with all-day breakfast, bakery items, and a selection of sandwich and fried food items. The food quality, however, is stellar: the fried foods are very flavorful and not greasy and the baked goods are delicious. They also serve an impressive variety of pies. If you're in Two Harbors and want simple, delicious food, Judy's Cafe is the place to go.

This place was a place I stopped at while traveling. They had a great seasoned bacon cheeseburger and the prices were good. Service was friendly and accurate.

Great little diner with great service. The cinnamon roll is a must! Sliced and grilled so it’s slightly toasted and warm and soft on the inside! One of the best I’ve had. The hash browns with the works were so tasty! Our server was so sweet and taking care of the whole place on her own. Update: after trying three cinnamon rolls on our MN road trip Judy’s wins by a long shot!

Great food! Good take out service. We’ll be back for sit down meal next time! Review on 2020 We are back in Nov 2021 for more! My kids love the hash browns and caramel roll. I had corned beef hash, husband had Smothered and Scattered (cheese and onion) hash. Both are delicious. The servers were amazing. Totally worth the wait.
