Customer service and accommodations, as in accommodating guests with respect and care…was extremely lacking. We had a large party stay at this resort, which had been planned for over a year. There was no place on site that this facility could offer us to simply enjoy each other’s company past…what one would consider a child’s bed time. It was like walking around as students with a staff full of teachers waiting to pass out detention slips. No smiles, no approachability, no extra care in accommodating guests…in an industry based on it. How sad that you go on vacation to see family you haven’t seen in years, and you have to walk around a resort feeling like someone was ready to send you to the principals office. I will say that the area is absolutely beautiful, the rooms/restaurants were nice, and there is a great water park for families. A touch more friendliness would have been really great.

We liked the house we stayed in that was part of the resort. It was very clean, and very spacious to fit 10 people. It came with every amenity except shampoo and conditioner. There was a in unit laundry room to do laundry and a pool near by. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and the water park. My only suggestions are that we should have been given 10 bath towels if the house is supposed to hold 10 people. Obviously we can do laundry but if all 10 people go swimming they need a towel to dry off with. It is like a modular home too so it is made with thin walls. Sleeping upstairs meant waking up to people talking in normal voices downstairs when I should not have been able to hear them. But overall it was a good experience and I would go back again.

One of our rooms was supposed to have a full over queen bunk but it was full over full...made it kinda inconvenient. But we had lots of couch space for people to sleep. We had a 4 bedroom condo and a 2 bedroom hospitality suite but only got 10 water park passes...they tried only giving me 8. It should have been 12 (2 per room...6x2=12) we had to buy 6 additional. No frying pans in the hospitality suite...we were done cooking breakfast by the time they brought us some. No extra toiletries, not enough for 17 people between the 5 units. Water park closed down a few times but we brought enough games to keep ourselves busy. We REALLY appreciated that they kept on top of keeping kids out of the hot tub! Fun arcade, friendly desk staff. Resort is kept up pretty well. Loved the layout of the hospitality suite, plenty of room for all of our guests to gather together, loved having the lawn outside the room to use as well.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Any help I needed the staff at the front desk was more than accommodating. The indoor water park was a blast for all and the lifeguards kept up with the busy crowds and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
