I am obsessed with the nutty bars! Delicious dessert. Crunchy outer layer with cool sweet creamy ice cream inside. Gotta have one if you're around Arnold's park.

Good but overhyped. This place was raved about on every video and article we read about where to have dessert near Okoboji and it was a cute little place right on the pier with a great location and really friendly staff but we got the traditional nutty bars and it was just frozen ice cream on a stick covered in chocolate nothing to write home about and they do have some unique floats and flavors but very underwhelming for how much hype was about it

It’s a pretty nice place to cool off and get a sweet treat. The root beer use to be really good but they must have changed the recipe and now it’s not that good. The ice cream and nutty bars are always delicious. I like how they put a little teddy graham on each ice cream order. They have pretty good prices in here. I recommend this place.

Great ice cream shop to visit on vacation! The Nutty Bar is a fun treat to get if you are on the go (also, if you know you want a nutty bar, there is an ice cream cart outside the front of the shop if you don't want to wait in line - although the line moved quickly - and want to eat your ice cream on the go). Great outdoor seating area if you're able to sit and enjoy your ice cream (plus, you can the water from the outdoor seating area too). The homemade rootbeer was absolutely delicious. The ice cream cones are huge. Great variety of fun and classic ice cream flavors from which to choose. We visited on a Saturday night, and the Nutty Bar Stand was open until 10 or 11 p.m. which was great to end the night with a sweet treat! Love this place!
