I dont know if they are open any more or not but I have been here before on a Friday and good pizza but this review is more directed at no one there doors open and no answer to my phone call. I saw a person in one of the photos drive by in a car and they just kept going. Going to leave this review at that.

Perfection as usual! The fig and caper pizza is outstanding, and the beer selection pretty great! The menu takes a no nonsense approach, one size, and a decent selection. Music selection is chill and relaxing as is the atmosphere. The folks here are great too; friendly and efficient. Make plans to stop here, you won't be disappointed.

Sfumato's is a great place, loved the atmosphere and the food. The atmosphere is very relaxed, soft upbeat music and non-genre-specific decor fills this place. The pizza was very good and the service was kind and quick. I loved the family business environment, it was great to see into the kitchen and see family members of all ages pitching in. The deserts were fantastic as well. Definitely would go again!

The pizza was very good. The best of all is the staff was able to work around my dairy allergy. Check it out best pizza i had in a long time.

Can you order gluten-free no pizza sauce on your pizzas?

The dough is made in house from scratch daily. They use 00 milled flour imported from Italy. It isn't entirely gluten free, but does have a lower gluten content than most flours. Pizzas can be ordered how ever you want them. http://new.sfumatopizza.com/fresh-dough/
