Went by when they were supposed to be open, but the gate was locked. You must hike or bike to get to it, so it's a major disappointment to find its locked.

The Wetlands I have photographed extensively in Seal Beach, Ca USA. I meet a lot of people. I met the client, and was honored to photograph this collection of well preserved 🇺🇸 American Antiques. What an experience and a big mouth will lead you too. The items in well preserved condition. The world now can share this collection, because The Prentice Family shared them with me #godblessamerica #theprenticecollection and all of #US

This spot is my go-to. Known as the bait tank, the whirlpool, and many others I am sure. There is an insane amount of bait fish swimming in small area, making it ideal for a sabiki rig. You can either take your freshly caught bait and go elsewhere. Or you can try your luck at the incredible diverse population of fish there. Bass, sargo, halibut, small sharks, and even sheepshead and even corbina.

Naturally occurring birds and fish, usually in migration. Hawks and falcons occur occasionally. Some indigenous birds and plants that are protected also. The trails for now are short and are loops, but larger trails coming. Easily walkable in 10 mins or less.
