I would like to share my customer service experience. I rented a unit here because our new home does not have enough space . I move the things myself and organize my stuff in a 5x5 unit. Well after 5-6 months the unit rent went up about $40 bucks more ofcourse like anything else or any rent or gasoline I was not aware I though it was going to be a flat monthly price when I signed the contract . I am not blaming them I just did not read what I signed due to been in a hurry to move my stuff as soon as possible. Advise= Please read what you signed or any extra fee's Well I decided to call public storage in hopes of help and Jesus answer I explained to him it was a little hard for me to continue making those payments if there would be anything else to do and he did he took his time to help me it fid not work but he advise me to call back I am so thankful . Second time I spoke to & Sheri thank you for also taking the time to help follow up what Jesus recommended . Your help means alot to me and I am so appreciated I really hope your employer recognizes the great work you both have done. God bless you both and do not forget to continue doing great job there will be people that may not get the opportunity to say thank you do not let it stop you from doing a good job it will pay off . Sheyla and Stefany I just happened to drop in the office to inquire about rental rates & realized it was close to closing time. The lovely ladies at the counter, Sheyla and Stefani, couldn't have been more welcoming even though, after a crazy day for them ( it was the first of the month), they showed me a unit and got me into the system. In today's crazy world, it was a delight to encounter those sweet ladies with their friendly attitude. Jerry McKenna
