Frequently has something wrong like the wrong toppings, wrong crust, burnt pizza, or cheese only in middle of pizza. If someone pays a few bucks more for deepdish, they want deepdish.. if i order beef and mushroom don't give me ham and beef or ham and mushroom. It's hard to find help these days, so i can't be mad at them for just trying to stay staffed. They often will answer and hang up right away without a word said. They apparently hire at 14yo so I'm guessing they really need help. Just picked up an order again now . Didn't get deepdish but he did give me a deal! Although nothing was said about the error. Still appreciate the deal! Thanks!

Best Dominos In my opinion as my pizza always arrived hot, fresh and fast……with friendly drivers. I think the establishment is going thru change. I’m sorry to read some of the reviews as I know there is some substance to the commentary. Perhaps they are short of help. Sam was very prompt and courteous this evening with my delivery, thank you!

I’ve ordered from here twice in the couple years I’ve lived in New Ulm. The first time I ordered (over a year ago) the pizza was maybe too greasy or too much sauce or something, so the pizza was completely floppy and soggy. Tried to get a refund as I couldn’t even eat it but all they could do was give me a coupon for a free pizza. (Which I didn’t even end up using because I was afraid they’d screw up again) But tonight I was lazy and decided to order food, and thought I’d give this place another shot. But the same thing happened AGAIN! And this time it was so soggy the pizza was literally sticking to the box. Tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. Not even gonna try ordering from here again. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

This place is good for pizza, but they screw up allot. The last three pizzas I ordered from here were uncut, over greasy, or disproportionate in toppings. I've reported most of these times, but it doesn't seem to change the fact that the workers can't seem to make a decent pizza. I'm sorry for such a poor review, but y'all gotta step up your game.
