Jeff and his crew have got me out of a bind more times than I can count. On three separate occasions, they have responded to mechanical needs on the spot with no wait. The last time, he walked me through fixing a stuck float on my bilge pump over the phone. It was really pretty easy but I had no idea how to fix it. I use Little Crow to service and store my boat and am highly satisfied.
