Do not use if you need a reliable ride. My boyfriend has used this cab almost everyday to get to and from school. There has been days where he’s gotten out of school at 2:40 which is an hour before regular school gets out and been waiting there till all the buses have came and gone. When he uses it to get to school he is more often late then not. The usual wait time is 30min-1.5hr you never know. Wouldn’t use this ever to get to work or appointments where you can’t be late.

Long waits, no calls back, "45mins" = 5 hrs, especially rough during winter. Is this a company of two drivers with no dispatcher? If so, they have my full sympathy.

Never showed up after 2 1/2 hours the dispatch said he'd come get me himself if the guy didnt show up in 5 minutes and still never showed.

Do not recommend this company. Tried getting a ride for a vulnerable adult who can't use rideshare apps. They told me 30 min. 45 min later I called and they said "just a few for minutes." 15 min later, no ride. Repeated calls to any of their numbers were subsequently not answered. First call placed at 10:47 pm. Ride showed up at 12:11. For those of you keeping count that's an hour longer than they said.
