Been using off and more than half my life 16 years ! I've gotten clean cold turkey many times longest was almost 5 years but this last time I relapsed in 2018 I just couldn't do it my usage was at an all time high i couldn't take control I was always to embarrassed to admit to my problem to my parents or anyone at that so going to a treatment was scary for me to have to admit I am an addict I was very negative at first I thought it was gonna be a waste of time I thought the medication would be useless well you never know unless you try for yourself and I'll forever be grateful for my fiance Angel pushing me to get help and my parents for being a great support system for me I started last Wednesday and here I am over a week later and I haven't relapsed I'm at 70 mg and I feel amazing I can finally sleep through the night I can finally wake up and get my day started with no problems no sickness my life doesn't revolve around getting my next fix trying to get some so I can go to work it feels so good to be able to wake up get ready for work n just go the staff is amazing my counselor is the best they gave me hope something I haven't had in a very long time I wanted to take the easy way out and end my life but thanks to them I no longer have those thoughts thanks to them I actually have just began my life thank you so much cross roads!!

I thought this clinic was great at first but then they showed their true colors. I've been through alot this year and had some very bad luck! I live in Mesquite and they are deep in oak cliff off of hwy 67. It's not easy for me to get there so some days I couldn't go cause I didn't have enough for my dose and gas money but they would still charge me! The whole staff is very fake! All they care about is getting your money. I was on 130 mgs and hadn't had a dose in almost 3 days! I was very sick! I'm still very sick but I can't start a new clinic till Monday. I tried to pay them when I could towards my back balance but that wasn't good enough. I'll never trust another clinic like that again! This clinic is only for people that have money.

Its best to call. Basically, DL, social security card, and admission fee. But, there are other details best discussed over the phone. Give us a call and we can do a phone screening, make sure this is what's best for you, and cover other details.

Have y'all began accepting Medicaid at your clinic? I live out of state and I am moving to Dallas so I am trying to figure all this out before hand. If not do you maybe know of a clinic in Dallas or surrounding areas that may except Medicaid?

Not yet. We'll won't be accepting Medicaid for a few months.

Does Crossroads recovery do Methadone maintenance

Yes we do

Do they accept Medicaid or Medicare? And is it a type of clinic that allows you to take home your supply after going daily for so long

Jennifer Hackler | Oct 28, 2019

We currently do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Regarding Take Homes, we don't withhold TH's from patients who have earned the right to receive Take Home privileges. If you meet the criteria, you can receive Take Homes.

Is this a drug treatment program also? And what about the cost for an unemployed female?

Not sure what the full price is to start but most of the time they run a 25 dollar start up fee and that will cover you for the doctor appt and any other test they might need to run, everyone is different but its a flat fee the first time. Then after that you pay 11 bucks a day to dose and how long you go depends on your use and how long you want to go. Some people get in get sober and get off and out and others go for 3 years, 5 years,10 years or life..This place is wonderful, Annamarie the office manager is wonderful and so sweet and understanding. She always has a smile on her face and she tries everything she can to make sure your taken care of. And the counselors (all 3 of them) are highly qualified and amazing to work with. Then you have the dosing nurse. She is my favorite!! Well her and Annamarie, they tie with each other! Such a good place to not feel judged and feel cared about. Its a really far drive for me and i wont transfer cause i love this clinic and the people there!!
